How long do custom orders take?
Turnaround depends on the product, quantity and level of customization. Print-ready orders may be completed more quickly, while fully custom projects generally require additional design and production time. Your timeline will be confirmed before the order is accepted.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush production may be available depending on the project and current production schedule. Rush fees apply and availability must be confirmed before ordering.
Can you create the design for me?
Yes. Design assistance is available for customers who do not have finished, print-ready artwork. Design fees vary based on the complexity of the project.
Can I provide my own design?
Yes. Print-ready artwork should include a transparent-background print file and, when custom cutting is required, a separate vector cut line.
